Featuring full motorisation, 25mm field of view at the camera port, easy touchscreen controls and brilliant optics, the NIB1000 is perfectly suited to advanced research applications.

Advanced technology for cutting-edge research

The NIB1000 is highly configurable, from simple manual operation to fully motorised automated microscopes with AFS (Adaptive Focus System) for long-term time-lapse imaging, high-intensity fluorescence light sources and powerful acquisition software with automated acquisition and image processing such as deconvolution. Options include dual layer optical path, various imaging modalities such as DIC, polarised light, fluorescence, phase contrast and Hoffman contrast are all available.

All models are configured with shared capabilities: 25mm field-of-view, motorised Z-axis focus, touchscreen controls and status.

Adaptive Focus System  - Ensures High Focusing Accuracy

In image processing that requires high focusing accuracy, small temperature differences and vibrations can affect the stability of the focus. The newly designed Adaptive Focus System corrects and eliminates focus drift in real time through sophisticated static and dynamic monitoring to ensure that the image stays sharp for long-term observation.

Large Aperture Fluorescent Illuminator

Fluorescence illumination is designed for a field of view of 25mm, boasting flat field imaging from the UV to the near-IR.

FOV25 Imaging Objective

Nexcope developed and manufactured objectives boast FOV25mm field of view. Superior image flatness guarantees high quality images and speeds up data collection.

Living Cell Culture System

Nexcope designed and developed. Precisely control the temperature of the microscope platform while maintaining the internal temperature, humidity and CO2 concentration of the culture dish, providing a stable environment for long-term live cell experiments.

High Specification LED Fluorescent Illumination System

The LED system enables up to 6 channels of LED illumination, closely matching the fluorescent dye commonly used in the market. Compared to traditional mercury lamps the LED fluorescent illumination system reduces photobleaching and phototoxicity. Other lightsource options from leading brands such as CoolLED and Lumencor also available.

Intuitive and Ergonomic Control Operation

The NIB1000 features an intuitive, simple interface to help navigate complex experiments efficiently and comfortably.

Featuring a touch screen, joystick and traditional left and right-side knobs and buttons.

The front 5.6 inch touch screen controls the movement of electric components, displays real-time data, objective magnification, transmitted illumination brightness, fluorescent band, output port, XYZ position and speed and more.

The joystick with touch screen controls allows you to easily control the stage.

High-precision motorised components

The NIB1000 is available in different configurations, allowing you to choose the level of motorisation and automation you need. Motorised XY stages come with a joystick controller; including a handy LCD touchscreen for status and control.

Large Aperture Observation Optical System

The large diameter tube lens expands light flow, works with the large target surface CMOS sensor plus the bright field and fluorescence image FOV25mm field of view.

Camera For Large Volume Data Acquisition

NEXCAM, high sensitivity monochrome camera with a full frame chip features a target surface of 36 x 23.9mm, a 24 million pixel CMOS image sensor and can deliver 114 frames per second. Other camera options available.

NomisProX Microscope Control and Analysis

The NIB1000 uses NomisProX’s microscope adaption software, enabling highly integrated control of the core functions of the microscope delivering an experimental solution that is highly efficient and easy to operate.

Multi-dimensional imaging

Customised viewing modes enable multi-channel, multi-position, time-lapse imaging or large image stitching.

Multi-dimensional display

Multi-channel situation, delay Z-axis stacking, XY axis position and image stitching information of the image can be displayed in one window.

Deconvolution

NomisProX offers 2D and 3D deconvolution algorithms built-in.

Automatically correct focus drift caused by temperature changes and mechanical vibrations.

Fluorescent Filter Module Turntable

Both manual coding and electric intelligent models are available, compatible with FOV25 wide field of view.

Fluorescent LED Light Source

up to 6 channels, matching commonly used fluorescent probes and dyes.

Motorised Stage

High speed motorised stage with encoder for accurate positioning and high repeatability.

Condensor Turret

Can automatically switch between seven positions to adapt to different imaging modes.
