Starlyte Imaging builds acquisition software and modular microscope systems designed to make powerful lab hardware simple to use.

Products

NEBULA

One interface, start to finish.

Acquisition software that configures, automates and captures from one interface, with support for a massive range of devices out of the box, including Zaber, Nikon, Zeiss, Evident (Olympus), Tucsen, Touptek, Photometrics, PCO, Excelitas, Hamamatsu, 89 North, Opto GmbH, CrestOptics, Lumencor and Nexcope/Accuscope hardware.

Nebula keeps the same workflow from the moment you connect a device right through to the final capture, so there's no switching between separate drivers, scripts and acquisition programs along the way.

Configure - Pick your host, connect, and every component wired to it appears in the same view, with live device status and hot-swap support so nothing needs a restart.

Automate - Chain triggers, acquisitions and routines into reusable workflows, built visually as connected blocks rather than pages of scripting documentation. Scan templates save once and run forever.

Capture - Live view, stage control, illumination, camera and optics all sit on one screen, with Z-stacks, time lapse, lambda scanning and X/Y scanning all orchestrated from the same interface. Every capture is tagged and searchable.

Hardware Options: Zaber

Build the microscope your work needs.

The Nucleus is modular. Start with what you need now, add to it as your work changes. You pick the platform and the parts. We help you choose the right ones. Nebula comes with it.

Two starting platforms:

MVR Inverted

For multichannel fluorescence, live-cell and well-plate imaging. The objective approaches from below so plates and dishes image without prep, with XY travel to 305 x 305 mm, room for six microplates at once, and linear motor focus with 20 nm moves.

MSR Upright

For darkfield and brightfield inspection, wafer and PCB metrology. The objective sits above the sample so thick parts need no mounting, with epifluorescence, reflected brightfield and darkfield all in one build.

From there you choose from camera, light source, objectives, filter sets, confocal and transmitted illumination options, with Klein Scientific’s team talking it through with you before quoting.

Every Nucleus system ships fully integrated, with Nebula installed, licensed and supported with on-site installation in Australia and New Zealand.
