CTSV’s Flow Cytometry products include the Medimax and Medimachine II systems for tissue dissociation and preparation for flow cytometry. CTSV systems allow tissue to be processed for analysis by flow cytometry.
Medimachine II
The Medimachine II is designed to provide both gentle tissue dissociation and fine homogenization using disposable devices - Medicons. The Medimachine II is easily programmed for a wide range of tissue types and applications.
Medimax
Simple tissue dissociation using disposable devices - Medicons. Easy operation with one speed - 100rpm and on/off switching
Medimax II
The Medimax II is the automated version of the Medimax. Includes a timer for automated processing.
Medicons
Disposable disaggregator with 35µm or 50µm separator screens. for use with Medimachines or Medimax (all models). H.D. Polyethylene casing. Sterile and non-sterile. The internal mechanical part is in stainless steel and is made up of a fixed screen with about 100 hexagonal bore-holes, around each of which there are 6 microblades. 1 ml liquid solution.
Filicons
Disposable filter for separating cells and nuclei. Available in a wide range of pore sizes, for either syringe connection or cup style and in sterile and non-sterile versions.
Filicons Max
Large format filter for separating cells and nuclei, for larger quantities of cell suspensions than the standard Filicons. Available in a wide range of pore sizes, in sterile and non-sterile versions. Designed to fit standard 50ml laboratory tubes.
