NE600 Series
Introducing the Biological Microscope
The NE600 Series is Nexcope's biological microscope line built around three principles: environmental responsibility, operator comfort, and high-performance optics. Available in two models - the NE610 and NE620 - it's designed for teaching laboratories, clinical environments, and life sciences research where reliability and ease of use matter as much as image quality.
Both models share the same NIS infinity optical system and 22mm wide-field platform. The NE620 adds a coded nosepiece with automatic illumination adjustment, a front-panel LCD display, app software, and a 3W LED illuminator - making it the stronger choice for higher-demand or multi-user settings.
The NE600 Series is built to grow with your work. From basic brightfield observation through to phase contrast, fluorescence, and mobile field use, it can be configured to match a wide range of applications without needing a new instrument.
Various Observation Methods
As a continually upgradable microscope, the Green Series can be extended from basic models to support a wide variety of observation capabilities - including bright field, dark field, phase contrast, fluorescence and simple polarising.
Key Features
NIS Infinity Optical System
Infinity plan objectives provide high contrast and a very flat image up to FN22. Combined with FN22 wide field eyepieces, the system delivers sharp, excellent resolution and high signal-to-noise ratio imaging across the entire field of view.
Multifunctional Universal Condenser
Nexcope offers universal condensers for bright field, dark field and phase contrast. Observation methods can be quickly switched by switching the slider. The phase contrast and bright field slider is universal for 4x-100x objectives - simple and fast to use. The N.A. value index on the aperture diaphragm of the condenser is easily set to get the exact size of diaphragm to correspond with the different objectives.
Multifunctional Digital Head
The Green Series features a built-in 5MP camera supporting Android, iOS and Windows operating systems via wired and Wi-Fi modes. The microscope image can be output to an external device in real time with no data cable required. By scanning the QR code on the microscope, the app can be installed and images viewed directly on a phone or tablet.
22mm Wide Field of View
The Green Series achieves a wide field of 22mm with 10x eyepieces, enabling more comprehensive observation content and faster sample screening. The eyepiece uses a flat field distortion-free design to prevent edge distortion and stray light.
LED EPI-Fluorescent Illumination
LED EPI-fluorescent illumination is safe and convenient. No warm-up or cool-down time is required and there is no need to align the bulb. The long lifetime of the LED bulb is up to 5,000 hours. Two filter positions are available and switching is fast and easy.
Ergonomic Design
The Green Series uses a high eye-point, low-hand focus mechanism and low-hand stage to ensure comfortable operation during extended use. The focus knob, illumination control knob and stage handle are all within close reach, allowing the user to keep both hands on the table while working.
